The Founders.

We are Haylee & Jordan Anderson, a husband & wife engineering team who want to help you achieve your best career. We strive to cut through the “fluff” and focus on proven, science-backed insights to help you enjoy work more, lead others, and find greater purpose in what you do.

Haylee studied Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University where she was the President of the Student Engineers’ Council. From that experience helping technical students do their best work, Haylee grew passionate about supporting engineers and understanding what factors were most important to craft better organizations, teams, and leaders. After working professionally as an engineer and technology consultant, Haylee moved to London to obtain her Master’s degree in Management & Organizational Behavior from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE). She now works as an internal consultant helping teams and organizations transform everyday.

Jordan studied Chemical Engineering at Brigham Young University and spent 5+ years working as an engineering consultant and project engineer in the oil & gas industry. In these positions Jordan had vast opportunities to train clients as well as new hires and saw the need for improved training throughout the engineering field. For this reason, he moved to London to complete his Master’s degree alongside Haylee in Management & Organizational Behavior from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) so he could understand what it takes to educate and engage employees in their work. Jordan now works full-time in learning & development where he helps professionals achieve their full potential everyday.
